"This movie tells the story about a 13-year old girl who loses her mother in a car accident in New Zealand. She moves to Canada to live with her eccentric estranged father. He is a stranger to her and she feels completely alienated in her new home. One day, she finds some eggs in an abandoned nest. She incubates the eggs and when they hatch, the goslings imprint on her as their mother. She feels happy again. Later, she teaches them to migrate with her father's ultralight aircraft.
The aerial photography of the geese in flight will leave you breathless.
I loved this movie. I also enjoyed the bonus features on the DVD: Operation Migration, The Ultra Geese and Leading the Flock."
